Depending on the requirements of the build. Some designs and the location of the building (dependant on the council regulations) will need a permit. Prebuild Solutions will take care of all permit requirements if any are needed.

Other costs you must allow for are plumbing, gas and electrical connections, foundation works prior to portable arriving on site, and delivery and unloading costs. Possible permit fees may be applicable dependent on the build.

Yes, all our portable designs are relocatable. Manufactured on an engineered, quality, heavy duty steel base as well as quality external and internal materials, all portable designs can be relocated. 

Prebuild Solutions provide a 7 year structural guarantee, all appliances and other fitting are covered by their individual manufacturer's warranty.

Depending on whether you are building an In-House Design or Turn Key package, it comes down to the individual build. All builds will take approximately 6 to 14 weeks depending on the size and specifications.
